Story

A very close family friend and his two brothers (both doctors) opened up a kidney hospital in Pakistan (Abottabad) in 2015 treating tens of thousands of patients up until today, many of whom were seen and treated free of charge.

However since the hospital has grown they need to raise more funds for an operating theatre (mainly consisting of an ICU unit for patients awaiting a kidney transplant) as well as more dialysis machines and mobile units which they have been sending to take care of patients in remote villages and for those who are bedbound and therefore unable to travel.

We have known the family personally for over a decade and they are incredibly selfless and I can personally vouch for them. They have a 100% donations policy and they do not take a single penny - in fact when it came to fundraising for dinners / events etc they all paid out of their own pockets so you can be rest assured that your funds will be helping the people directly.

I don't usually make posts requesting for donations but this indeed is a beautiful and much needed cause.

Your donations can be given as via zakaat or sadaqah.
