I've raised £1500 to To raise funds for another Defibrillator for Edlesborough village and surrounding area

In the UK, around 30,000 people per year suffer an out of hospital cardiac arrest. When someone has a cardiac arrest, their heart will often go into an odd rhythm which requires a measured electrical shock as quickly as possible to try and restore it to a normal rhythm. For every minute that a victim does not receive CPR and defibrillation, their chances of survival decrease by 10%. Anyone can use an automated external defibrillator (often referred to as an “AED”) No formal training is necessary.
On the 22nd September, My husband suffered a Sudden Cardiac arrest at home. I was fortunate enough to have a Defibrillator close by, and this is the sole reason my husband survived. A cardiac arrest can happen to anyone!
Edlesborough village has a Defibrillator situated on the memorial Hall, however, we would like to Purchase a second AED for the Summerleys end of our village. The Baptist church have agreed to be the site of the new AED, and the Parish council are in full support of our plight....We have a wonderful community!
can you help us to purchase an AED that is accessible 24/7 and gives all of us a better chance of survival in the event of a Cardiac arrest ?
