Aldershot and Fleet Masters Rugby League club are a newly formed team based in Aldershot.

Obviously there are very few Rugby League clubs based in the south of England, where Rugby Union is the more popular code.

Masters Rugby League is a variation of Rugby League to enable older gentlemen to be able to participate safely with a much lower risk of injury. All males aged 35 and over are invited to play, it is strictly a social version of the sport and the rules are slightly modified to cater for the older player.

There are no winners, no champions and no cup finals, it's about the spirit of the game and rule number one is that everyone has to buy a drink for their opposite number.

There are currently around 40 Masters teams in the UK, 90% of them are all up north!

Aldershot and Fleet Rugby UNION club have very kindly let us train at their club and have loaned us their strip to play in however we would very much like to have our own separate identity and have our own strip.
