As you may have seen on the Aggreko Intranet, the US office has launched the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund to collect donations to help those in our Aggreko family who have been impacted by the storm. Below is an extract from the intranet:

‘It has been nearly a week since Hurricane Harvey hit Texas. The situation on the ground is still fluid, though we've moved from preparation to recovery mode. Thank you to everyone reaching out to the individuals and teams based in Houston and the surrounding areas. There has been a lot of support – moral, emotional and practical – which has been much appreciated. The good news is that all our people are accounted for and are safe, although about 30 or so have had their homes/cars flooded. This is probably not a final number and more will become clear in the coming days. We’ve just launched our Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund. This is now open for applications and donations from our North America colleagues. Aggreko will match all contributions dollar for dollar and disperse funds to directly help those in our Aggreko family who’ve been impacted by the storm. Thank you in advance for your support. We have set up this JustGiving page to allow our colleagues from outside North America to donate to the Fund should they wish to. All monies collected (net of a small fee deducted by JustGiving) will be accumulated in an Aggreko GBP bank account, converted to US Dollars by Group Treasury and transferred to the main Fund in the USA; this will then be matched by Aggreko on a dollar for dollar basis in the US as Bruce outlines above.
