Story
One of the picnic benches in the Garden of Remembrance, Scapa has been battered by wind & waves over the years and now needs replaced before someone gets hurt on it. Nobody seems to be responsible for the area and it's needing done.
It's a beautiful place and many visitors use it so we don't want it to be dangerous for them. The Garden of Remembrance is also used by locals although most probably only during the summer when it's better weather.
