Story
In 2018 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 bowel cancer and after surgery and chemotherapy I was lucky enough to have been given the all clear.
Unfortunately, in 2021, after a variety of scans and a surgical biopsy, it was discovered that the cancer had returned.
As it is in my lymph nodes, all tangled up with my bowel, surgery is not an option. I'm currently undergoing a 2 year course of immunotherapy to keep it at bay.
Last Christmas we raised £3000 in cash and donations, bought thousands of items of food, chocolate, toys, games and books. Providing nearly 50 Christmas hampers, gift packages and Christmas goodies to the cancer treatment ward at RCHT. We all helped provide a little bit of Christmas magic to those who needed it...and we hope to be able to do something similar again this year.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
