I've raised £3000 to Support animals affected by the war in Ukraine with food, care items and medical supplies

The war in Ukraine has affected everyone, including our furry friends. Both domestic and wild animals have suffered greatly due to the full-scale Russian invasion. It breaks our hearts to see innocent animals caught in the crossfire of this conflict.
We all know how much Ukrainians love their pets. Even amidst the chaos and destruction, people have gone to great lengths to ensure their beloved animals are safe and sound. Ukrainian soldiers have even risked their lives to rescue and care for animals on the frontline. Meanwhile, Ukrainian vets are working tirelessly to heal wild and domestic animals affected by the war.
The role that animals have played in this conflict cannot be overstated. Not only do they provide crucial emotional support to those affected by the war, but they also serve as invaluable allies to Ukrainian soldiers. In addition, sniffers and rescue dogs have saved countless lives and continue to work diligently.
However, despite the heroic efforts of many, countless animals in Ukraine still suffer from hunger, wounds, and poor shelter. As animal lovers, we believe that we must extend our support to these innocent creatures during this challenging time.
That is why our group of Ukrainian Volunteers of Brighton and Hove has decided to launch this fundraiser to aid the animals of Ukraine. We are working with the Ukrainian non-profit organization Hromadska Varta to deliver aid to the Kharkiv region and the unique veterinary hospital in Kmelnitskiy that provides treatment for service dogs, pets, and wild animals affected by the war.
We hope you will join us in our mission to support the animals of Ukraine. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of these innocent creatures suffering in this war.
