Imagine ..
Your trying your best by family, You buy a car that you've longed to get for a very long time for the car to turn out to be broken beyond repair. Your now out of pocket, Can't get any help or a refund from the dealer as they are simply not interested. We only had the car a week before this all happened and have now had it 3 weeks in total.
We have no means of replacing the car, Its needed to get to and from work and also get my son to his football games and his social appointments.

We are not looking for charity, just a bit of help to enable our lives to be back on track. Being out of pocket and having no money to get another car is extremely stressful,
