Story

Hi my name is Aisha siddiqa and I am 13 years old. In October I am going on a voluntary trip to Ghana with my school (Manchester Islamic High School for Girls). As part of this trip I am raising £1200 for Enliven Mama Africa (a charity who work with children and families).

100% of the money raised will go to the charity who currently run the following projects:

Farming- They help families to grow their own crops, hence providing the family with much needed nutrition as well as a form of income to help with the cost of everyday living.

Hygiene- Washing your hands, which is essential to keep clean. The charity builds hand wash stations and provides soap as well as teaching children the importance of washing and cleaning.

Libraries- the charity builds libraries from scratch providing adults and children with valuable resources.

Please help me raise £1200 for a wonderful charity. 100% of your donations will go to the above projects as all expenses will be paid separately by my parents.

Please give generously as your donations will count as 'sadaaqah Jareeah' (Continuous charity), the prophet PBUH said “the charity you give will be your shade on the day of judgement”.

If you have any questions or queries please contact either my mum or dad.

Jazak Allah ("May Allah reward you [with] goodness").
