I am so excited to celebrate my pre-baby 30th birthday with you all, but even more so as it gives me an opportunity to introduce some amazing work done by some volunteers I met while in Lebanon.

4 all causes is a not-for-profit organisation run by local volunteers that goes to rights holders situated away from the capital and in overcrowded refugee camps. They provide health advice, awareness sessions, free medical examination and referrals, as well as basic hygiene kits to people who have no other access.

The money raised from this party would fully fund one of their health days at Palestinian camp in Beirut, Burj Al Brajneh camp giving many refugees access to free medical consultation, health advice and basic sanitary items.
