I've raised £600 to Raise funds for ‘Hug on a Tray’ at Bexley Wing, St James’ Hospital, Leeds

I’m sat in the Bexley Wing with Papa J, contemplating my next charity run/skydive/challenge to raise some yearly funds for a chosen charity, when in walk the ‘hug on a tray‘ ladies! This charity, ‘hug on a tray’ is run by a handful of selfless ladies who’s aim is to put a smile daily on each and every patients face by offering them a ‘hug’ in the form of free drinks & snacks on arrival. In addition to this, by fundraising, they aim to provide as much free tv on these wards as possible. So far, they have provided more than 15 months of free continuous cover for forty single rooms! How amazing!? I know that Papa J & Paul would have benefitted massively from this when he spent his 18days in hospital whilst having his stem cell transplant, so the fact that this is happening for so many others is super special.
I met Lesley this morning, the incredible lady who set up ‘Hug on a tray’ and, deep breath, I have decided to run 10km a day, everyday in November. My hope is to raise at least £2 for every km I run, which will total £600.
Please sponsor me for this challenge, however many pennies you feel you can give. I am not a runner but by the time I have covered 300km next month I ought to be! FYI - It costs approximately £8 per day to watch tv in a single room. Thanks in advance, any support will be hugely appreciated.
P.s. Any offers to accompany me on any of my 10k’s during November would be welcomed!
