Hi Im Al, I have been waiting years for top surgery to help my transition and the day is finaly booked for june 2019. Have to travel from bristol to plym for pre opp, the big day and post opp.

unfortunatly my car was recently written off by un insured drivers so whilst id normaly fund this myself my savings are wiped out. My friends have said they may help where able so i should ask.
