Story
The Dave Bambridge memorial cup, Bay City Strollers are raising funds for various charities in memory of Dave Bambridge by holding a charity walking football tournament on Sunday 14th May, at BAYPOINT CLUB
Ramsgate Road, Sandwich, Kent CT13 9QL. I have 21 teams coming to take part. I set up this page for people who cant make it on the day to make a donations. Dave was a local goalkeeper who played for Ramsgate FC and Margate FC and a firefighter, who sadly passed away in 2009 after a four-year battle with leukaemia. I had the pleasure of training with Dave when we were both at Ramsgate, he was only 35 when he passed away.
