I played Golf golf at Withington Golf Club and made a donation to The Pegasus Charity of the day - Christies and made a donation to Stockport Mind.

Adam Bramwell signed a contract with me to MANAGE Pegasus Golf Events.

The night before he died I discussed PlanIT with him went to Tesco and spent £60 pounds on Agile Pegasus Planning Material.

My last words to Adam was : Plan two weeks holiday in Greece for us let me know every night how you are going on - I will see if it is in my budget. Show me your action plan before you start - Brainstorm it out tomorrow that will clear your mind.

Did I Kill Adam ! I have nightmares every night about our last hours together I am still angry with myself that I got Manchester Mind in to focus his mind on his problem - was it that that killed him.

Who knows I am now involved in a Bi-Polar Research Project operating out of the Spectrum Centre in Lancaster University - I did volunteer for Stockport Mind as An Advocate at Stepping Hill Hospital for a long time and have asked if I can now work as a paid volunteer at Stepping Hill Hospital again.

I will be walking to raise money.
