I'm raising £750 towards a 12 hour Bowling Marathon we are holding on the 13th April at West Park Jarrow, between 8am and 8pm. We need to raise £2000 towards a larger funding application to do work on our greens and buy special equipment to encourage, community groups, ladies, elderly, disabled and vulnerable people and local schools to try our sport.

We are hoping to increase our membership, which is open to all the community and hold fun days, taster sessions and events throughout our season to encourage more people to participate in green bowls and play in our leagues and tournaments.

Please donate any small amount and come along and support us on the day with your families, where a ladies group are running an Easter Egg Hunt and Tombola in the Park and the bowls club will have a giant rabbit and Lion giving out eggs ( saw them before somewhere 😀)
