I am participating in the Winsford 10K run to raise money for Technoprint's 3 chosen charities: Mid-Cheshire Mind, Crook Lane Respite Unit and Pinewood Children's Centre.
They are 3 locally based charities, chosen by the staff at Technoprint due to having a personal connection to them.
