I've raised £20000 to secure bigger premises for our business but to also add a fully manned safe and secure games room to try and improve people's lives.

Story

When Bluefurball started a lot of people dismissed it as a shop waiting to die. 4 years and 8 months on and Bluefurball has grown into what some describe as a museum and others as their favourite place to call in.
We class our Facebook friends as family and have just become a Limited Company in the hope of adding to our growth.
We have located a bigger premises which will include the possibility of a safe and secure environment for young and old to meet where they can play and learn to play all manner of retro games including 'Magic the Gathering ', Xwing, Subbuteo, Chess etc.
Initially it was just an idea we came up with as there is very little for people especially the 10 year olds plus to do when bad weather strikes. We put out feelers to get feedback and have had a very positive response. It was also pointed out that the games room could also work as a preventative measure to guide vulnerable people away from alcohol and drugs..
To fulfil this dream though requires money. Initially to take on the lease and make alterations to make the building safe and secure but also with a mind to eventually purchase the property..
Banks, despite their advertising, are reluctant to help so we are looking for an alternative funding. Anyone interested can contact us via our email address at bluefurballpz@gmail.com.
We are located in Penzance, Cornwall.
