Story

Hi, I'm Alan!

After 6 years of growing my hair out (see photo!) I've made the decision to cut it all off in support of two worthy causes! As well as donating my actual hair I want to use the 'Big Chop' as a vehicle to raise as much money as possible for the Little Princess Trust and The Veterans Hub...

- I've chosen the Little Princess Trust because I know how much hair can make a difference to a person and I love idea that I can donate something of myself to make life a little easier for someone out there facing a truly awful situation.

- The Veterans Hub is an incredible local charity that provides a variety of much needed support and services. Working alongside an ex Royal Marine and through airsoft I've met so many amazing and inspiring current and ex-serving men and women, I want to give something back to the veteran community and show my gratitude and appreciation.

"The Big Chop" - on Monday 5th March I'll be cutting my 26 inches of hair off!! The hair will then be posted off and donated to the Little Princess Trust and made into a wig for someone who needs it, carrying on its hair journey without me :) The chop will be happening live and performed by the Level 3 Hairdressing students of Weymouth College who are generously donating their time and expertise.

I'd like to ask you to support me and the causes in any way you can: with a donation, encouragement or share on social media!

I hope you'll join me in doing something incredible for two very worthy causes!!

Many thanks :)
