Story
After the sudden and tragic death of my dad who passed away of phneumococcal septisimia, caused by Type B Meningitis, I have been pasionate about saving lives and helping others when they are in most need of care. For every minute an AED or effective CPR is not used on a person in cardiac arrest, their chances of survival reduce by 10%. When an AED is used a persons chance of survival increases from 5%-24%. Being able to give early defibrilation on a person suffering from a cardiac arrest means more chance of them surviving it.
