As most of you will be aware, Alastair suffered a stroke whilst at work in February 2017.

Systal have been supporting him through his recovery, with Suzanne managing to get together with Alastair on a regular basis, to keep him involved in our work activities.

Alastair managed to visit us here at Rowan House in August, and plans to visit us again before the end of the year.

Our aim to continue to help Alastair, is to raise funds to be able to provide him with the correct rehabilitation equipment. Therefore, we have sourced a moveable arm trainer, alongside other aids, which will provide much needed physio at home, and at his local physio unit.

Come on guys, lets dig deep, and lets get to our target to raise as much as we can for Alastair
