Story
I'm raising £250 to support the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK and Bluebell Wood children's Hospice.
Both of these charities support children, young people and their families in the hardest of times.
To raise money for this, I am hiking 108 miles over the Cleveland Way in 5 days. I am starting this on Monday 22nd of June. I am carrying all my kit and equipment to see me through, so this will be a challenge of the body as well as the mind.
your support would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for your generious giving, in supporting these two worthy causes. I commenced my challenge on Monday morning and by lunch time on Tuesday, the Commandant for Humber and South Yorkshire Army Cadet Force called a stop to the challenge, due to the current weather condiction and given the fact that I was also carrying a daysake weighing 24ks. The good news is, that as soon as the climate becomes more favourable, I will complete the challange I have set and look forward to presenting the cheques to these two wonderful charties. Thank you for your support.
On Monday 10th August, l will be recommening my Challenge to complete the Cleveland way, starting where l had to stop, due to the heatwave conditions. For more information you can follow my progress on Humber and South Yorkshire Army Cadet Webpage. Thank you for all your support and understanding
