I've raised £2000 to fund vets fees for Albus - Emily's Cat.

Albus went missing over 8 months ago. My daughter was called today by South London Emergency Clinic - reporting that he needed immediate surgery following collision with a car. Their email also reports that he was being "cared for since October 2017" by a person living just 2 streets away from where Emily lived. Emily spent along time putting posters up after he went missing to no avail.
That person, never took the cat to a vets to have him traced - until now that he needs surgery. The cost of the surgery by this practice is £2000.
£2000 we don't have. you can see that he looks very healthy.
I am prepared to look after him post surgery and at the advice of my friends, have set up this page to help fund his surgery.
To contact the vets for authenticity - their number is 020 8677 0976 - they have him registered as Jelly. He was a cat that Emily rescued from a centre in London.
It is not in me to ask for personal help - I am usually helping others. This has been a hard decision to make. I am heartbroken for the cat and my daughter.
If we are too late to fund the operation, I will be closing down the go fund and you will all be reimbursed though i hope this isn't the case.
Thank you everyone.
