We are raising some extra funds for our project Long Covid Superheroes which has been generously supported by Arts Council England and VoiceAbility.

Long Covid Superheroes is a project for young people with Long Covid run by facilitators with Long Covid in partnership with Long Covid Kids. It’s a theatre and comic book project based on the idea that everyone with Long Covid has superpowers. We have had weekly sessions working with 13 young people over the last year. Sessions have been trauma informed and tailored specifically to the needs of young people with Long Covid. For more info go to www.alchemisetheatre.co.uk

This project was created by our Artistic Director, Louise, who is recovering from her own debilitating 5 year long experience of living with Long Covid.

WHAT WILL MY MONEY FUND?

Your money will mostly go towards covering some outstanding costs of the project, helping us get the final comic book into more public space (schools, book shops, comic fairs) so that more people can hear and learn from our young people and support future projects working with young people with Long covid.
