The Alderney Railway Society own and run an engine called Elizabeth. Elizabeth is a diesel engine that pulls two London Underground Tube cars.

Elizabeth carries many passengers through the Summer with special events at Easter and Christmas. She is also available for Private Hire. Weddings, Birthday Parties,Hen & Stag parties these are just a few of the events that have taken place in the past.

The Railway is run soley by volunteers who totally enjoy providing a much loved service for tourists and local people.

We are making this appeal as Elizabeth is currently not in working order due to repairs that are needed.

Any donation of any amount would be extremely welcome to try and get our lovely train back up and running.
