Story

Helping families affected by Mexico Earthquake

On September 19 of the present year, one of the most powerful earthquakes in Mexico's history struck 7.1 in magnitude, killing over 250 people, thousands injured and uncountable houses destroyed. This fundraising will provide relief to survivors in the form of emergency/medical resources and help with supplies to organisations that provide shelters to families affected. I want this great country to overcome this terrible situation.

Ultra white collar boxing - Supporting Cancer Research UK

I am fighting in Ultra White Collar Boxing (UWCB) in 18/November/2017 in Sheffield, UK to raise funds for both causes (8 weeks of boxing training, the first one just finished). I am a student at the University of Sheffield and although I have no professional boxing experience, I am doing this to help cancer sufferers and their families. My own grandpa Odiglio had a big fight against lymphatic cancer but passed away after ten years of cobalt radiation therapy, chemotherapy and rounds of endless medicine. He was a big motivation to me to contribute to this cause together with the thousands of people affected from the earthquake in Mexico.

All the donations collected during this time go for both causes. 50% for support and treatment for Mexicans affected by the earthquake and 50% to Cancer Research UK and boxing equipment used in the UWCB event. Many thanks for your help.
