We’re two sisters who set up our business, Scents By Sisters almost 5 years ago. Over this time, we have both worked so hard to build up our business from scratch and have genuinely put our lives and souls into everything we have achieved.

We like many other businesses and home owners in Storage World have lost everything in this awful fire. We had two units and we have lost all of our stock, our raw materials (including our massive collection of silicone moulds and litre bottles of fragrance oil which we had in nearly 80 scents), equipment, furnishings, technology, orders that were about to be picked up and we’ve had to refund. Not to mention all of our market equipment 😢 we worked so hard to furnish our main unit and we’re were finally so proud of how it looked both of our TikTok lives and off! It’s honestly the most heartbreaking thing we have ever experienced.

Although we’re fully insured unfortunately we aren’t covered for the total loss of everything. And not to forget this one of ours full time income 😢

We really didn’t want to create something like this as we don’t want anyone to think we’re asking for anything but we’ve had so many messages off people wanting us to set one up so they can show support and of course something like this would really help us get back in our feet.

We’re determined to try and get through this. I’m sure some of you are well aware that we were wanting to do a re-brand so we will try and take this as a positive to come back as strong as ever.
