January 2019 the life of myself and my family got turned upside doww

We received the most Devastating news that my son Has AML leukaemia it’s Now 4 months later and he is still fighting this horrendous illness day by day

I have found it very heartbreaking that I’ve had to FIGHT to get any type of Support so I can be with my sick child in hospital. Myself and his father are not together and this is making the battle much more difficult as he doesn’t support me or respect me before and after this news. we are all trying to be so strong.

The Hospital, Children’s Allderhey Liverpool, do NOT offer any sort of fund for Single Mothers to get to the hospital when they have to travel on public transport which in my case it take 2 buses and 2 hours journey both there and back. This has taken so much of my time away from my son when he needs me there with him. Since January I’ve tried many charity’s many local organisations to get better support. I myself do not drive and have no family and have another 4 year old child who is in school for half the day. For 1 month only the school provided me with before school club and after school club.

However now this has been taken away and I’m back to having no Support. I’m fundrasing for money to help get taxis there and back for 5 days A week as that’s what I need to be by my sons side when he’s so weak and needs him Mother the cost of this is £1000 a month . I need £500 a Month for childcare cost for my 4 year old Son to be looked after while I am away at the hospital with my 14 year old son. Also would like to get my son a more suitable Bed and a TV for his room And a comfortable Chair maybe a swing outside so my son can relax. A few home luxury's to make this alittle more easier after his Transplant when he’s in recovery. My Sick Child is very weak, as you can all understand there is no place I would rather be than by my sons side as much as I can to support him. I am ashamed to have to ask for this as I feel I shouldn’t have to but even a small amount will go towards me getting help with making this easier when I’m dealing with the worst thing a Mother/family should ever have to deal with

Even given a little from everyone can go towards helping my family ease the stress and getting Alex What he needs for after his Transplant every single donation really means very much to US all thank you for supporting me and my family in this fight to get Alex better and home again Godbless u All❤️
