After my elderly dog died I was devastated and my home felt empty. I contacted Fife Dog Rescue and was the luckiest person in the world when they allowed me to adopt Bailey (cover picture). This little dog had had two previous owners and had suffered neglect and abuse. Bailey changed my world and mended my heart. Every day he gives so much more than he takes. I wanted to do something to help other dogs like Bailey. If my Facebook friends each donated the cost of a Costa coffee and cake, we could exceed the target I've set. The organisation need funds more than ever as they are also rescuing dogs from Hungary, where unwanted dogs face a terrible fate.
