My friends I never would have guessed that I'm compelled to write something like that.
I live in Gdansk for almost 50 years. Here I opened in Nov 1976 the first gym in the city, which I will be forced to close down for business reasons.
I have been training and supporting young people who wants to dedicate their lives to fitness as I believe that sport and diet it is the key for a healthy and happy lifestyle and also helps to prevent lots of illnesses.
On Sep 2015 and Oct 2016 I won the Polish Championship in Bodybuilding, and the European Bodybuilding Championship on May 2016.
I'd like to participate in the World Championship that takes place in Dominican Republic on Dec this year. After wining the European Championship I had been promised by the Council of Gdansk that they will support me economically to follow my dream. But they've changed their mind and said that they don't have money.
Anyone who's ever tried to workout and improve their bodies knows how much sacrifice and determination costs. I'm not 40 years old anymore and to achieve this perfection at age of 64 is getting harder and harder. I don't know if I'm ever going to have another opportunity to show the world and young generations that if you follow your dreams anything is possible.

Przyjaciele nie przypuszczał, że jestem zmuszony napisać coś takiego.
Mieszkam w Gdańsku od prawie 50 lat. Tu otworzyłem w 1976 pierwszą siłownie w mieście, którą będę zmuszony zamknąć ze względów finansowych.Trenuję i wspieram młodych ludzi, którzy chcą poprawic swoją sylwetkę jak i kondycję, gdyż wierzę, że sport i dieta jest kluczem do sukcesu.W 2015 i 2016 Wygrałem Mistrzostwach Polski w Kulturystyce Każdy, kto próbował treningu i udoskonalenia swojej sylwetki wie ile poświęcenia i determinacji to kosztuje.W moim przypadku muszę zrobić o wiele więcej, aby osiągnąć doskonałość. Mam 64 lata,a nie 40-i wiec jest coraz trudniej.
