EuroJam 2020 will be the first European Scouting jamboree for 15 years, and will see over 15,000 young people from across Europe come together in Gdańsk, Poland.

The main theme of the Jamboree is to reinforce the idea that every Scout and Guide possesses potential to become a driver of social change - and Alex will be joining a group of 40 from across Greater Manchester West to meet and interact with young people from different countries and cultures, to understand the part they can play in this social change.

Alex has had to demonstrate his maturity and personal attributes – not to mention a great deal of commitment - to be offered this opportunity, and we are immensely proud of him for doing so.

Alex will be undertaking various fundraising events over the coming months, and this Just Giving page will be the route for collecting everyone’s contributions.
