As you probably know, I've not been too well recently.

A few days ago, I was diagnosed with an aggressive, incurable and untreatable form of bowel Cancer which has spread to my liver.

It's been a tough time in recent weeks, but with the most incredible support from family and loved ones, I fully intend to have an absolute blast for way longer than whatever the doctors decide to predict.
