Story

I am Alfie, I am 9 years old and I want to help raise money for Teddy’s life saving treatment. I am going to walk 8.4km along the Dyke Railway Trail on Sunday 26th March. We know how much Teddy loves trains so I thought this was a good challenge. Please see below for Teddy’s story.

Teddy is a 3yo from West Sussex who is obsessed with trains. He loves riding trains, going to the station, playing with his train set and watching Thomas and Friends.

In July 2022 Teddy was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer that has 40-50% chance of long-term survival at diagnoses.

Teddy’s family are fundraising for further treatment, either to get their son into remission or to try and keep the cancer away if his frontline treatment goes to plan.
