I've raised £500 to help charities supported by myself and Kent Union. I will be climbing the Welsh Three Peaks in Wales in less than 24 hours

The challenge will take place on 22nd June 2019 when we will commence early morning and finish late the same evening.
SUDEP ACTION: https://sudep.org/
A charity close to my heart after my friend Natalie lost her life unexpectedly in 1992 after suffering a seizure. Natalie's parents were actively involved in setting up the charity formerly know as Epilepsy Bereaved.
Epilepsy Bereaved later became SUDEP Action who are dedicated to raising awareness of epilepsy risks and funding the prevention of epilepsy deaths including Sudden unexpected death in epilepsy and supporting families who are suddenly bereaved.
KENT UNION:
Nightline: Offers support to students who are struggling with aspects of student life such as stress, anxiety and loneliness. It allows them to speak to a fellow student through a confidential, non-judgemental listening service. Access to Activities Fund: is designed to support students to overcome barriers preventing them from getting involved in the sports clubs managed by Kent Union. This participation provides students with extracurricular activities which allow social interaction and increase employment prospects, whilst improving their physical and mental wellness. The support of Liberation Groups: will enable them to continue the great work they do, such as a range of events and activities to mark International Women’s Week, Black History Month, LGBT+ History Month and Disability History Month.
