I’m running the Brighton marathon this April for Spectrum Community arts! 🎭

They are such a well deserving not- for- profit organisation, helping to break down ableist barriers by hosting creative, performing arts workshops for children and adults with disabilities and additional needs in the Leighton/MK area.

Spectrum allows people to be recognised for what they can do, helping to increase self esteem and social skills within a safe, nurturing environment- all the while honing new skills and putting on some incredible shows!

They rely on volunteers, donations and sponsorship to keep doing the invaluable work they do. Any donations are so welcome and very much appreciated! 🤗
