Story

We are trying to get planning permission to rebuild a 17th century farmhouse on our farm, we sold the farm to a con man who knocked the farmhouse down illegally as well half a cow shed for no reason without planning permission, we repossessed the farm back through the courts, he still owes us money, but he is bankrupt, know we are fighting the council, they saying we are a new enterprise under tan 6, but we are saying it is a rebuild, they have had all the relevant documentation that is required from us, as we are still investing in livestock and machinery, organic and producing rare welsh breeds, welsh black cattle, balwen & Torwen sheep, we are recogonised as active farmer, got full support from all our neighbours, as they all remember our family being on the farm since the 1940's, the farm needs a farmhouse because it is the heart of the farm and it have always been there,
