I've raised £500 to help replace the Wedding present money that was stolen from my niece and her new husband at their Wedding reception in December 2018.

Story

Having survived the Manchester Bomb atrocity and witnessed unbelievable horrors, my niece Merissa was too traumatised to go ahead with her Wedding on the original planned date.

The date was changed to December 28 2018 and a beautiful day was enjoyed by family and friends as we all gave thanks that she survived to marry the love of her life Lewis.

Whilst opening their cards and presents at home the next day they noticed some of the cards had been opened and to their horror they realised that all the cash gifts had been removed and stolen.

The Police have now confirmed that the case is now closed as there is no evidence....whoever did this knew what they were doing.

The Wedding venue has refused to help despite leaving the cards and presents in an unsecure place.

This money was to go towards a deposit on a home of their own and has set their plans back considerably.

If anyone would like to help this beautiful, young couple and restore our faith in humanity I would be eternally grateful.

Thank you.
