Well it's that time of year again when we ask you to dig deep and help our beautiful Ragdoll breed.
On the 27th August we are holding our annual garden party. This is where the team come together and provide a fun filled day where the aim is to make as much money as possible, for cats in our care and coming into our care. Over the last few months our vet bills have been into the thousands, including dental work. Tummy problems and neutering.
In the last 8 months we have helped over 80 cats. We are receiving calls and emails daily for raggies that need our help.
We know not everyone can travel to the fundraiser. Therefore this is your opportunity to do your bit and help. It costs approximately £1.00 a day to feed a ragdoll. A donation of £10 would therefore feed a ragdoll for 10 days.
it costs £10 for a bag of litter. A donation of £10 would buy a bag of litter which would last one ragdoll over a week.
We are not asking for a fortune, but every single pound mounts up and helps us to continue what we do.
We all volunteer. There is no pay check. No holiday pay and no sick pay.
However, the rewards far outweigh that when we are able to put a raggie in a new home and know that home is forever.
