I am doing the 10k Run for Chocolate Run on 27th January to help raise funds for two excellent charities: Spaniel Aid and Pawsome Pensions that are very close to my heart. Please help me raise some much needed funds to help these gorgeous dogs !

Spaniel Aid: In October 2016, became a UK Registered Charity here for the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of dogs namely but not exclusively spaniels, who are abandoned, stray or otherwise in need of care and attention. We provide and assist in the provision of rescuing, rehoming and fostering of these dogs and treat and care for them where necessary.

I have always been a dog lover and after rescuing our lovely Springer Spaniel Max I would really love to help dogs that need a second chance.
