Story
https://www.bishopsstortfordindependent.co.uk/news/storms-leave-trail-of-destruction-at-daisy-mays-farm-in-els-9241300/
Sadly just before Christmas last year Billy was involved in a freak accident. He got a little overexcited when he saw some potential girlfriends and decided that he was going to join them. In his excitement he caught his leg and this resulted in Billy sustaining a compound fracture to this leg.
In a commercial environment an injury like this would normally result in an animal being destroyed, however, this was never going to be an option for us and Billy. Billy has recovered really well and we are so happy about this BUT we are still struggling with those vets bills.
Now we have to contend with the damage caused by last weeks storms which caused fences to come down either due to trees crashing through them or the huge gusts, one of our field shelters has sustained significant damage which probably can't be repaired and multiple trees have caused significant damage. This at the most difficult time of the year along with Billy's vet bills are causing significant financial issues for us and if you are able to help in any way it would be hugely appreciated. We are in the process of updating our Amazon wishlist so if you prefer to help this way please do so it will be very much appreciated by us all.
