Story

In November of this year myself and a handful of other eye surgeons from across the globe are going to Cambodia on a charitable mission to perform and teach cataract surgery and other eye operations for the local people who do not have access to good quality eye surgery. Many of the local population are blind from untreated cataracts and this means that their families must care for them which sometimes means there are not enough family members available to work and feed their families. We are taking time off from our local hospitals and practices and leaving our own families to fund ourselves on this important trip. Additional funds are essential and without your contribution the nursing staff and equipment that are essential for us to be able to treat patients will not be available. Please give generously. Every penny donated will be used to allow people with blinding eye conditions to have their sight restored.
