Myself, Aaron and our Mike Brade are taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge on saturday 17th July 2021

Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

The Yorkshire Three Peaks route is 24 miles (38.6km), and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent. The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

We are doing this challenge in memory of my sister Lisa Parkisson who sadly lost ger life 7 years ago just two days after giving birth to her little boy Zac. Zac has luced with myself and aaron ever sonce that tragic day. Zac also has autism and attends Kingfisher Special School in Odham.

In this challenge we are also hoping to raise as much miney as we can for Kingfisher Soecial school. The school is tecognised for outstanding work. The facilities and staff amazing in giving the care and support to children with special needs along worh their families. We arexwanting to raise money to help Kingfisher continue with providing such important things for the children.
