Hi I am Alma, I am 83 years young and I have been part of the sea swimming community for a few years dipping and swimming in the chilly seas with my friends. But for the last year I have had one dream and that is to complete a sponsored swim to raise money for a cause that is very dear to me - Breast Cancer.

So at the beginning of September 2026 starting from Monks Hill carpark I plan to do just that with the support of my lovely swimming buddies.

Every stroke in the sea will help fund Life-Saving research and patient support.
