All was good when me & my now ex husband bought my house. We had a business that was thriving & everything seemed great. Then he told me he was cheating on me. He ended up filing for devorce but left me with the house. In time I became a mobile beautician & I met someone new but he too cheated on me. We went on holiday & he chatted someone up in front of my face & I got up to go.

This would change my life forever.

As I was leaving, someone fell on me, damaging my legs & leaving me disabled. I'm in constant agony with Compound Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) & have a fixed club foot & am now unable to work due to the constant pain.
Until recently I've struggled with a mortgage & debts left from my marriage but always just managed to keep my head above water on the disability payments I receive from the government but now I need to ask for your help.
My roof is in a bad way & leaking badly. When it rains, I get water coming through to my bathroom, bedroom & spare rooms
I've tried to get help from my local council but they don't provide grants in my area any more.
I've tried to get an extension on my mortgage but because I live on disability benefit, they won't even consider helping me, even for a loan.
I've even tried crisis loans to no avail & charities that are supposed to help people in my situation but they cant offer much as I don't fully meet their criteria due to been under 60.
I need to find another £4000 at least to repair the roof & rotton soffits & this is my last resort.
