In Feburary 2023 Georgie Mansergh suddenly passed away at only 24 years old.

Georgie has been my best friend since we were 12 years old and her infectious laugh shaped my teenage years and beyond. Georgie gave me the best friendship I could ever have asked for and I feel for those whose lives she didn’t touch as she was such a light in mine. She was one of those friends where you were guaranteed to nearly burst from laughing and I miss her every single second.

I’ll be running the London Marathon 2024 in her memory and to raise money for charity. Georgie passed away from anaphylaxis, completely unexpected and utterly heartbreaking. The aim of this page is to raise awareness and money to support charitites who help people that are affected by allergies. However, Georgie was so much more than this and her passion for all things green and animals is something her family and friends would also like to honour. The donations to this page will be given to Georgie’s family and split between these types of charities and I am truly grateful to anyone who chooses to show their support.

From Georgie’s passion for animals and the environment to her talented flare for all things creative and her immense intelligence she really was ready to take on all that the world had to offer. I had no doubt that she was going to influence the world in an amazing way and I feel absolutely devastated that this doesnt get to happen.

The impact Georgie had on her many friends and families’ lives is immesurable, the hole that has been left in the hearts of the people who loved and cared for Georgie cannot ever be explained.

The name Georgie is a personality, she made everything fun, didn’t sweat the small stuff and she was the reason for everyone’s joy. We all need to be a little more Georgie.

I miss you all the time mate. Until we laugh again.
