I've raised £500 to help raise money for High Hopes dog rescue so they can continue rescuing and helping the animals we love.

Story

High Hopes dog rescue are a beautiful charity who save and help dogs regain their health and their trust with people, and theyre all put up for adoption and sent to perfect homes. We as a family have received one of their dogs they saved and is now part of our family.

Ive never shared this online before but i feel this is a perfect reason to. Unfortunately, like many other people, i suffer from a great deal of anxiety and depression due to the past. Ive struggled finding something to keep me occupied and lift my mood when im at my worst. Since having Milo this has completely changed. Because he is so much smaller than my other dogs it means i can take him in my car with no problem and we can go on adventures with other people or go on walks around Nesscliffe. It also means i have a dog who i can properly cuddle and have on my lap constantly and pick up (sssshhh ;)) people who have their own dogs understand how much they really make you happy.

i would like to personally thank High Hopes Dog Rescue for matching Milo to us and letting my parents adopt him. He is beautiful and has really helped improve my mental health.

SOOO....I AM COMPLETING THE 5K OBSTACLE RUN AT WOLVERHAMPTON RACECOURSE ON JULY 6th AND AM ASKING FOR SPONSORSHIPS FOR THIS WONDERFUL CHARITY. THEY DESERVE IT AND AS THEY ARE STRUGGLING WITH MONEY RECENTLY TO HELP THEIR DOGS, I REALLY WANTED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
