Story

PROJECT LESEDI

As a second year Architecture student at the University of Nottingham, I, along with 40 other students, have had the amazing opportunity to get involved in a live-build project in Lesedi village, Limpopo, South Africa. Project Lesedi will be the ninth successful live-build project run by the University of Nottingham.

We aim to raise a team minimum of £40,000 in order to design and build a creche, helping the local pre-school teachers, trained by the Thusanang Trust, to have better facilities, with decent classrooms, a kitchen, office and toilet block. We also aim to provide a bore-hole for reliable water supply, and help with infrastructure for electricity.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated, thank you :)
