Story

Amitoj Singh Sahota was diagnosed with Grade 4 B Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in Feb 2020. He was only 15 years old. After several months of hard chemotherapy, his disease went into remission. His remission lasted only 7 months. After enduring another 2 rounds of chemotherapy, he has been told the cancer has not responded.

Amitoj turned 17 years old last week. There is one option available to him but as he is not classed as an adult as he is under 18, the likelihood of him receiving this treatment on the NHS is low. Without this treatment, Amitoj will be given a terminal diagnosis. This novel therapy, CAR T immunotherapy, will be part funded but we still need approximately £300,000.

Amitoj has the chance of a long life ahead of him if he receives this treatment. Please donate. If this was your child, you would do anything to help. No amount is too small as from "little acorns, big trees grow." You can make a difference to this boy's life. He is an avid Arsenal supporter and has so many plans for the future, just like your children, my children. He deserves this chance.

The care he has received at University College London Hospital (UCLH) has been beyond amazing and our family will always be thankful to them. Amitoj's consultant will be asking the CAR T Panel if they can make an exception for Amitoj and allow him to receive the CAR T therapy. Should they say yes, all money raised from this page will be donated to the Teenage and Young Adult Cancer Unit at UCLH.

Amitoj is just 17.....he is desperate to have this treatment. To have a chance of living out his dreams. To have a chance of being a normal teenager., to grow up and be an adult.....To have a chance of life. Please, please help us. Thank you will never be enough 🙏🙏

If you can find it in your heart to donate, please do. I always think if you do a good thing for someone, someone will be there to help you in your time of need. The past 18 months we have been through Covid as a planet. All our lives have been hold. Imagine dealing with cancer during this time?

Please find it in your heart to donate. Your good deed will be appreciated by his family and friends. Please donate and give him the opportunity of a future that he deserves.
