Story
We're running the Great Manchester 10k on Sunday 28th May.
We're raising funds for three important cancer charities which are important to us and which have helped people we care about.
Brain cancer receives less than 1% of cancer research funding in the UK, yet is amongst the most common forms of cancer for people under 40.
Cancer Research UK are looking for cures for all cancers. In the 1970s, only 1 in 4 people survived cancer. Now it's half. We want to help Cancer Research work towards a day when all cancers can be treated and cured.
Macmillan provide practical, medical and financial support to people living with cancer. They help to ensure no-one has to face cancer alone.
We'll split any funds raised three ways between these charities.
