Story

My world shattered into pieces on the 02.04 when my Nellie was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia. Nellie is not just a dog, she is my family, my best friend and my world. Her nickname is friend of all the world because that's who she is, gentle kind and would never hurt a sole. Her life is being out in the open with her tennis ball and friends and attending her agility class. Knowing without the surgery it looks like a life of walking on the lead for 10 minutes a day that's no life for her. She is insured thankfully however not enough to cover the surgery and the physio and hydrotherapy she will need as part of pre op and after care. I am desperate. Me and my husband work full time and have a 3 year old son but unfortunately finding over £8000 for surgery and recovery is impossible that's why I am coming to you for all for help. From the bottom of my heart thank you for reading and for any donation I am eternally Nellie's even more special because I always said when I brought my first home the first thing I was doing was buying a dog. My nan sadly passed away on the 8th of March I completed on the 10th. Her favourite colour was bright yellow and her favourite dogs were Labs. The day after we completed Nellie appeared on the rescue page i was following her name was Miss Bright Yellow 💛💛xxx My nans name was Nellie ❤️ xx
