This is my son alfie he Has severe global developmental delay so even though he is 5 he is actually 2 in his mind he has sensory processing disorder autism iron defiency incontinant no danger awarness severe leg knee and ankle pain so cant walk a metre without Being in so much pain. I had a second car which my ex stole and crashed on purpose and stole my bank card and cleared me out . He has other complex needs .
